Hi! My name is Lizet, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I have been doing therapy for 6 Years now. My Focus in therapy is for the client to have a safe space/environment in which they are able to be their true authentic self in which they feel comfortable processing, being vulnerable, and growing as an individual. In addition, an environment in which the therapy is client focused and providing the client the opportunity to have autonomy in deciding the direction of their healing process.
