For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families as they work through life’s challenges and discover new ways to heal and connect. My approach is trauma-informed and draws from attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Brainspotting. Together, we’ll work on reducing concerns such as anxiety, stress, or depression, while also exploring the underlying patterns that may be contributing to these challenges. I’m especially passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive space where your story is seen, your voice is heard, and your experiences are honored. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe, supported, and understood, and I strive to create that environment in every session. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your life and in your relationships. If you’re ready to begin the process of healing and growth, I’d be honored to work with you.
